Viewing Initiators

Context

• On the initiator management page, you can click to refresh initiator information.
• On the initiator management page, you can click next to a parameter and enter a keyword to search for the required initiator information.
• On the initiator management page, you can click to select the initiator parameters you want to view.

Procedure

1. Choose Resources > Access > Host > Initiator.
2. Select an account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
3. View information about initiators in the function pane. Table 1 describes related parameters.

   Table 1 Initiator parameters

   Parameter	Description
   IQN	Indicates the IQN of an initiator.
   CHAP Authentication	Indicates whether CHAP authentication is enabled for an initiator.
   Performance Monitoring	Indicates whether performance monitoring is enabled for an initiator.

   

   • To view performance information about an initiator, select the initiator, click Enable Performance Monitoring and choose Monitor > Performance Monitoring.
   • To disable performance monitoring for an initiator, select the initiator and click Disable Performance Monitoring.
