After on-demand scan is enabled, antivirus servers scan namespaces for viruses based on a preset namespace scan policy.
Prerequisites
An on-demand scan policy has been configured for a namespace, and on-demand scan is disabled.
Procedure
- Choose Settings > Data Security > Antivirus Service > Namespace Scan Tasks.
- Select a desired account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
- Select a namespace scan task for which you want to enable on-demand scan, click On-Demand Scan, and select Enable.
You can also click More on the right of a desired scan task and select Enable On-Demand Scan.
