This section describes how to modify the name, password, status, and description of a local authentication user.
Changes in information about local authentication users or domain users accessing a CIFS share (for example, a user is disabled, a password has expired or is changed, or a user is deleted) will take effect after the next authentication, which can be triggered by share re-mounting.
The Modify Local Windows Authentication User page is displayed on the right.
