Removing a Local Authentication User from a Secondary Group

This section describes how to remove a local authentication user from a secondary group.

Procedure

  1. Choose Resources > Access > Authentication User > UNIX Users > Local Authentication User.
  2. Select an account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
  3. Click the name of a desired local authentication user. On the details page that is displayed, select a group in the Secondary Groups area and click Remove.

    Alternatively, you can also click Remove on the right of a secondary group.

  4. Confirm your operation as prompted.

    After a local user is removed from a secondary group, the secondary group of the local user in the NFS extended group can be updated 5 minutes later.
