A quota policy limits the quota of paths mounted to multiple clusters. A path policy determines the mounting relationship between paths and clusters. Therefore, a valid quota policy must have a corresponding path policy configured.
Quota policies are supported only in local federation and gateway federation modes.
The following describes the restrictions of the number of quota policies:
If SmartTakeover is enabled for multiple namespaces in an cluster and SmartTakeover is set to the gateway federation mode or local federation mode for all of these namespaces, the sum of quota policies of all namespaces cannot exceed 1000.
