This section describes how to lock a user. After being locked, the user is restricted from logging in to the system.
Prerequisites
- Only super administrators can lock non-super administrators.
- Lock Status of the desired user is Unlocked.
Procedure
- Choose Settings > User and Security > Users and Roles > User Management.
- Select the desired user and choose More > Lock.
