Modifying a Remote Device

Procedure

1. Choose Data Protection > Configuration > Replication Cluster.
2. Click the name of the replication cluster to go to its details page. On the Remote Devices tab page, click More and select Modify.

   The Modify Remote Device page is displayed.

3. Modify parameters of the remote device. Table 1 describes related parameters.

   Table 1 Remote device parameters

   Parameter	Description
   Local Device Replication IP Address	Replication network IP address of the local device. NOTE: You can select any replication network IP address of the local device. After the initial connection is complete, the system automatically connects all replication links between the local and remote devices.
   Remote Device Replication IP Address	Replication network IP address of the remote device.
   Modify Cluster Service Credential	Whether to modify the cluster service credential. If this function is enabled, set Pre-Shared Key Label, Pre-Shared Key, and Confirm Pre-Shared Key.
   Pre-Shared Key Label	Label for identifying the pre-shared key of a cluster. [Value range] A pre-shared key label contains 5 to 32 characters. A pre-shared key label can contain only letters, digits, and underscores (_), and must start with a letter. NOTE: Enter the pre-shared key label of a remote replication cluster.
   Pre-Shared Key	Implement identity authentication together with Pre-Shared Key Label. [Value range] A pre-shared key contains 8 to 31 characters. A pre-shared must contain special characters (excluding <>'&") and any two types of the following characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and digits. NOTE: Enter the pre-shared key of a remote replication cluster.
   Confirm Pre-Shared Key	Confirm the pre-shared key.

4. Click OK.
