Viewing Snapshots

This section describes how to view the snapshot information about a dtree.

Context

Procedure

  1. Choose Data Protection > Protection Entity > Dtree > Snapshot.
  2. Select an account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
  3. Select the owning namespace of a dtree.
  4. Select a dtree to view its snapshots. Table 1 describes related parameters.

    Parameter

    Description

    Name

    Name of a snapshot.

    ID

    ID of a snapshot.

    Source Dtree

    Name of the source dtree of a snapshot. A source dtree stores the source data.

    Status

    Function status of a snapshot.

    Rollback Speed

    Rollback speed of a snapshot. Possible options are Low, Medium, High, and Highest.

    • Low: 0 MB/s to 2 MB/s, applicable when the service load is heavy.
    • Medium: 2 MB/s to 10 MB/s, applicable when the service load is relatively heavy.
    • High: 10 MB/s to 40 MB/s, applicable when the service load is relatively light.
    • Highest: above 40 MB/s, applicable when the service load is light.

    Rollback Progress

    Rollback progress of a snapshot.

    Created

    Local time when a snapshot was created.

    Rollback Start Time

    Time when the rollback of a snapshot starts.

    Rollback End Time

    Time when the rollback of a snapshot ends.

    Secure Snapshot

    Whether the secure snapshot function is enabled for a snapshot.

    Auto Deletion

    Whether the secure snapshot automatic deletion is enabled.

    Protection Period

    Protection period of a secure snapshot.

    Secure Snapshot Expired

    Expiration time of a secure snapshot.

    Type

    Type of a snapshot. The value can be User snapshot or Scheduled snapshot.

    • User snapshot: common snapshots created using the snapshot feature of dtrees.
    • Scheduled snapshot: scheduled snapshots created using the snapshot schedule feature of dtrees.
