Unmapping a Volume

This section describes how to unmap a volume from hosts, host groups, or VBSs.

Procedure

  1. Choose Resources > Resources > Volume > Volume.
  2. Select a desired account from the Account drop-down list in the upper left corner.
  3. Click More on the right of a desired volume and select Unmap.

    The Unmap Volume page is displayed.

  4. Select Host, Host Group, or VBS as required. In the Available Hosts, Available Host Groups, or Available VBSs area, select one or more objects. They will be automatically added to the Selected Hosts, Selected Host Groups, or Selected VBSs area on the right.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Confirm your operation as prompted.
