Modifying the Global Domain Name

Procedure

1. Choose Settings > Object Service Settings > Global Namespace.
2. Click in the upper right corner of the area where the global domain name resides.

   The Modify Global Domain Name page is displayed on the right.

3. Modify the global domain name.
   

   • A domain name contains 3 to 253 characters, including lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens (-). A sub-domain name cannot start or end with a hyphen (-).
   • The domain name must contain a second-level domain name. Each sub-domain name contains 1 to 63 characters and is separated from each other using periods (.). The top-level domain name cannot contain digits only.
   • A maximum of 128 domain names with no hierarchical relationship can be entered. Separate the domain names with semicolons (;).

4. Click OK.

Follow-up Procedure

Synchronize the modification to other clusters.
