Configuring and Managing Windows Users

This section describes how to configure and manage Windows users for accessing CIFS shares.

  This operation enables you to create a local authentication user. For applications that use local authentication, local authentication users are used to access shares. You can add a local authentication user to a user group for authentication and access a share as the user group.
