Deleting a WORM Policy

Prerequisites

• You have obtained the access certificate and security certificate of an activated account.
• A bucket has been created.
• The WORM policy has been configured in the bucket.
• The WORM policy has not been activated after it is configured for a bucket. The WORM policy can be deleted within 24 hours. (If the WORM policy has not been activated after 24 hours, the WORM policy automatically becomes invalid.)

Procedure

1. Choose Services > Object Service > Bucket.
2. Enter the access certificate and security certificate of the account and click Authenticate.
   

   • You can also choose Service > Object Service > Account, click the name of the desired account, and click the Bucket tab.
   • You can perform authentication on either of the Bucket or User tab page.

3. Click More on the right of the desired bucket and select Manage WORM.

   The Manage WORM dialog box is displayed.

4. Click More on the right of the desired WORM policy and select Delete.
5. Click Save.
