If you want to pause services in a specific period of time due to site faults or other causes, pause the HyperMetro consistency group of the corresponding site first.
Prerequisites
Running Status of the HyperMetro consistency group is Paused, Normal, Synchronizing, or To be synchronized.
Procedure
- Choose Data Protection > Block Protection > HyperMetro Consistency Group.
- Select one or more desired HyperMetro consistency groups and click Pause.
You can also click More on the right of the desired HyperMetro consistency group and select Pause.
- Select Preferred or Non-preferred and click OK.
- Confirm your operation as prompted.
After a HyperMetro consistency group is paused, you can resume it by referring to Synchronizing a HyperMetro Consistency Group.
