Creating a Local Authentication User Group

Procedure

1. Choose Services > HDFS Service > Account.
2. Click the name of an account and select the Access User tab.
3. Click the Local Authentication User Group tab and click Create.

   The Create Local Authentication User Group page is displayed.

4. Set basic information about the local authentication user group.

   Table 1 describes related parameters.

   Parameter	Description
   Name	Indicates the name of the local authentication user group. NOTE: A user group name: Must be unique. Contains 1 to 64 characters. Can contain only letters, digits, underscores (_), hyphens (-), and periods (.), and cannot start with a hyphen (-).
   ID	Indicates the ID of the local authentication user group. [Value range] 0 to 4294967295 NOTE: An ID uniquely identifies a local authentication user group. If no ID is specified, the system automatically allocates one.
   Description	Indicates the description of the local authentication user group. [Value range] The value contains 0 to 255 characters.

5. Click OK.
