Copying a Help Topic

This operation enables you to copy the information from a help topic to another document.

Procedure

  1. In the content pane on the right of the Help window, place your cursor at the front of the text you want to copy, hold down the left mouse button, then drag the cursor over the text you want to copy. The text will be highlighted.
  2. Press Ctrl+C to copy the text to the clipboard.
  3. Open the document to which you want to copy the text.
  4. Move the cursor to the location to which you intend to paste those strings.
  5. You can either paste the text by right-clicking the mouse and choosing Paste in the shortcut menu, or by pressing Ctrl+V.
