This operation enables you to configure the IP address and network for a DNS based on service requirements.

Indicates the unique ID used to identify the IP address to be monitored. You are advised to set an ID in a format similar to Node name + Monitoring type to facilitate identification. [Value range]

Service Type |
Indicates the name of the monitored service, including OSC, POE, LS, and REP. OSC, POE, LS, and REP are used to resolve the cluster domain name, POE authentication service domain name, LS domain name, and replication domain name, respectively. NOTE:

Service Address |
Indicates the IP address used to provide services for external systems. [Value range] When Service Type is set to OSC, the value can be an IPv4 address or domain name. A domain name contains 3 to 253 characters, including letters, digits, and hyphens (-) and cannot start or end with a hyphen (-). The domain name must contain a second-level domain name. Each subdomain name contains 1 to 63 characters and is separated from each other using periods (.). The top-level domain name cannot contain digits only. When Service Type is set to POE, LS, or REP, the value can be an IPv4 address. |
Resource |
If the IP address of the LS service is configured, this parameter indicates the number of nodes in the LS service. If the IP address is not an IP address of the LS service, you do not need to change the value. The default value is 1. |
