This operation enables you to set up a replication relationship between clusters.
Prerequisites
The current version supports multiple clusters. Among the clusters, at least one default cluster and one non-default cluster have been created.
Procedure
- Choose Data Protection > Object Protection > Remote Replication.
- Click Create.
The Create Replication Group page is displayed on the right.
- Set basic information about the replication group. Table 1 describes related parameters.

Indicates the name of the replication group.

- The name contains 1 to 128 characters.
- The name can contain only letters, digits, underscores (_), and hyphens (-). It must start with a letter and cannot end with a hyphen (-) or underscore (_).

Sites

Indicates the number of sites in the replication group.

- Configure cluster information.
- Click Configure Cluster.
The Configure Cluster page is displayed.
- Select the desired clusters and select the primary or secondary site role for each cluster.
- If you select 2 in Sites, select 2 clusters here.
- Select Primary for one cluster and Secondary for the other cluster.
- Click OK.
- In the diagram of created replication group, select a synchronization mode for each primary link. Currently, only asynchronous mode is supported.
- Click OK.
