Associating a Zone

This operation enables you to associate a file system with a zone.

Prerequisites

The file system has not been associated with any zone.

Procedure

  1. Choose Services > HDFS Service > File System.
  2. Click More on the right of the desired file system and select Associate Zone.

    The Associate Zone page is displayed on the right.

  3. Select the zone to be associated with the file system and click OK.

    • You can click Modify next to Subnet to modify the subnet parameters.
    • You can click Create to create a NameNode zone.

  4. Click OK.
