Managing Initiators

This section describes how to add an initiator for the host to establish a mapping relationship between the virtual host and physical application server.

• Viewing Initiator Information
  This operation enables you to view information about initiators.
• Modifying an Initiator
  This operation enables you to modify the parameters of an initiator.
• Associating an Initiator to a Host
  This operation enables you to associate an initiator to a host.
• Dissociating an Initiator from a Host
  This operation enables you to dissociate an initiator from a host. Dissociation will interrupt services on the host. Therefore, you must stop the host services before performing this operation.
• Deleting an Initiator
  This operation enables you to delete an initiator that is no longer used from a storage device.
