Managing System Status Notification

After you configure email or Syslog notification, this operation enables you to periodically send the system status to maintenance personnel or maintenance centers by email or Syslog.

Procedure

  1. Choose Settings > System Settings > Alarm Notification > System Status Notification.
  2. Set Sending Cycle (h) and Customer Information.

    1. Set Enable to the on state.
    2. Set Sending Cycle (h) to an integer ranging from 1 to 168.
    3. In the Customer Information text box, enter your company name and contact information, helping maintenance engineers search and locate faults.
      • The value contains 1 to 511 characters.
      • The value cannot contain single quotation marks (').
    4. Click Save.
