If you do not plan to configure logical partitions or set up the Hardware Management Console (HMC), then use this checklist to help you set up your system.
For a successful installation, complete the following tasks in order.
Some setup tasks require the assistance of a service provider. The service providers have access to customized universal installation instructions (CUII) for those tasks that require their services.
