Find the primary console when the system power is off

Learn how to find the primary console when the system power is off.

Use one of the following:
  • Turn on the system in Manual mode and look for the IPL and Install System display.
  • Turn on the system in Normal mode and look for DSP01 on the sign on display.

    Note that the name might have been changed. See Find the primary console when the system is operational to determine the display name.
