This system reference code (SRC) explains how your PC might power off if it has power-management capabilities.
The PC might reset the communications port when power management is restarted, which ends any connections already established. Certain types of power management on the PC and in the operating system can cause SRC 0000DDDD to display in the control panel or remote control panel. This SRC data disappears when PC activity resumes. For more information, see the Reference code list for customers.
