A diagnostic function detects an internal processor interface problem. If replacing the FRUs previously listed in the FRU list do not fix the problem, perform the following:

  1. Power off the system (see Powering on and powering off).
  2. Replace the system backplane (Un-P1). Refer to Locating FRUs for instructions on replacing the system backplane.
  3. Perform a slow boot. Refer to Performing a slow boot.

This ends the procedure.
