FI01101

FI01101 indicates that the addressed IOA card on the I/O processor is the failing item.

Perform the following:

1. Determine the address of the IOA card. See System reference code (SRC) address formats, or see "System reference code (SRC) address formats" in the service guide for the system unit.
2. Determine the location of the IOA card.
3. Exchange the failing device. Use the device type to determine the part.

   Note the device type and refer to the Managing Devices document, order number SA76-0107 to determine the FRU part number to replace.
