Perform the following:

1. Reboot the server or partition.
2. Reflash the server firmware, see Upgrading to a new firmware release through the HMC, or see "Upgrading to a new firmware release through the HMC" in the service guide for the server on which you are working.
3. Reboot the failing partition.
