  1. Power off the server.
  2. If the SPCN is on a card, check that the SPCN card is connected and seated properly.
  3. Check that the power supplies are connected and seated properly.
  4. Power on the server.
  5. Is there a reference code 1xxx 2600, 2601, or 2603?
    • No: This ends the procedure.
    • Yes: Exchange the following FRUs one at a time:
      • Power supplies
      • SPCN card, service processor, or I/O Backplane (as appropriate)
      • Memory cards
      • Processor cards
