Replace the storage I/O adapter.
Use the I/O adapter location information in the Service Action Log if it is available. If the location is not available, find the address of the I/O adapter (see System reference code (SRC) address formats, or see "System reference code (SRC) address formats" in the service guide for the system unit). Use the address to find the location and part number from the table below.
Use the following table to determine the part number for the field replaceable unit (FRU):
