This error occurred before VPD collection was completed. No location codes have been created.

Refer toLocating FRUs for instructions for removing and replacing any FRUs called out by the following procedure.

1. Power off the system and remove ac power.
2. Clear any deconfiguration errors for the VPD card.
3. Replace the VPD card.
4. Perform a slow boot. Does the problem persist?
   • Yes: Continue with the next step.
   • No: Go to Verifying a repair. This ends the procedure.
5. Power off the system
6. Replace the service processor.
7. Perform a slow boot. Does the problem persist?
   • Yes: Continue with the next step.
   • No: Go to Verifying a repair. This ends the procedure.
8. Power off the system.
9. Replace the system backplane.
10. Reinstall the service processor that you previously replaced.
11. Perform a slow boot. Does the problem persist?
    • Yes: Contact your next level of support. This ends the procedure.
    • No: Go to Verifying a repair. This ends the procedure.
