Perform the following procedure.

  1. Check for server firmware updates. Apply if available.
  2. If the problem persists, replace the USB CD-ROM drive. Note the device type and refer to the Managing Devices document, order number SA76-0107 to determine the FRU part number to replace.
  3. Replace the USB adapter to which the drive is attached. Use the following table to determine the part number for the field replaceable unit (FRU):
