The authorized service provider cannot successfully complete the upgrade unless you have completed all of your responsibilities prior to the upgrade. These responsibilities include the preparation and preinstallation tasks. After the authorized service provider completes the hardware installation, determine whether you accept the new server. After you have accepted the new server, go to the postinstallation stage, where you will configure your new server to production.
