Upgrading to Power Systems provides a single procedure for upgrading to Power Systems. The Installing software section provides instructions for updating or upgrading AIX, IBM i, and Linux operating systems.
Added graphics, in Upgrade paths, that show the available upgrade paths for the Power 520 Express™, Power 550 Express, Power 570, Power 595, and POWER6Power 570 systems.

Content updates include the following:

Added Enabling POWER6 systems to support AIX, IBM i, or Linux on the Power 520, Power 550, and Power 570 systems, which provides information and instructions for upgrading server firmware so that Power 520, Power 550, and Power 570 systems can create and run combinations of IBM i, AIX, and Linux logical partitions.
