The Service Processor has detected a missing node due to a mismatch between the nodes with power and what nodes the Service Processor can communicate with.

1. Using the 9119–FHA bulk power connection tables or 9125–F2A bulk power connection tables, verify the cables for the missing node. Word 6 of the SRC identifies the missing node as follows:

2. Are the cables set correctly?

   Yes:

   Continue to step 4.

   No:

   Correct the cable connections. Perform a slow boot.

3. Does the problem persist?

   Yes:

   Continue to the next step.

   No:

   This ends the procedure.

4. Replace the cables used to connect the missing node to the bulk power hubs. Perform a slow boog.
5. Does the problem persist?

   Yes:

   Continue to the next step.

   No:

   This ends the procedure.

6. Replace the Node Controllers (Un-Px-C41 or Un-Px-C42, where x = word 6 value) on the missing node. Perform a slow boot. This ends the procedure.
