If the I/O device is an I/O adapter (IOA), this is the type and model of the IOA.
If the I/O device is an I/O processor (IOP), this is the type and model of the IOA that was last attached to this IOP.
The type and model are updated only when the IOA is used by an active logical partition. If the IOA is not being used, then the type and model may not be up-to-date.
