Resource configuration

Indicates whether all the resources that are necessary to activate the partition are available. You cannot change this value.

Possible values are:

Configured

All the resources that are necessary to activate the partition are available. If Automatically start with managed system is shown as Enabled on the Settings page in the Partition Properties window, the partition will start successfully when the managed system is powered on with the Partition auto start option. The setting for Automatically start with managed system cannot be changed in Partition Properties. It can be changed only in the properties of the profile that is used to activate the partition.

Not configured

The resources that are necessary to activate the partition are not available. The partition is not able to boot. If a partition has never been activated, its resources are not available. The resources for a partition may have been assigned to another partition while this partition was powered off.
