Specify the number of processing units that you want the logical partition to use when you activate the logical partition that is associated with this partition profile. If the managed system has at least this many uncommitted processing units available when you activate this logical partition, then the managed system commits this number of processing units to the logical partition. If the managed system does not have this many processing units available, but the managed system has at least the minimum number of processing units available, the managed system activates the logical partition with the processing units it has.
Each processing unit is equivalent to the processing power of one processor.
You can specify the number of processing units up to the hundredths place.
