(Detailed table)

This table displays a detailed list of the virtual I/O adapters that exist for this partition profile and are of the type selected in the tree at the left side of this page. For example, if Virtual Ethernet is selected, this table lists the virtual Ethernet adapters for this partition profile.

Depending on the type of adapter displayed in this list, this list can contain the following information:

To add a virtual I/O adapter to the partition profile, click New for virtual Ethernet adapters or New Server Adapter or New Client Adapter for virtual SCSI adapters or virtual serial adapters.

To review or change the properties of an existing virtual I/O adapter, select the adapter and click Properties.

When you click one of these buttons, the table is replaced by fields that allow you to enter or view the properties of the virtual adapter. The exact fields that display depend on the type of adapter that you are creating or reviewing. For more information on these fields, use the following links:

To remove one of the virtual I/O adapters from the partition profile, select the adapter and click Remove.
