Barrier Synchronization Register (BSR) Capable

When the value is True, the managed system contains processors with Barrier Synchronization Register (BSR) arrays and supports the use of the BSR arrays on the processors. If an operating system supports the use of BSR arrays, a parallel-processing application running on that operating system can use a BSR array to perform barrier synchronization, which is a method for synchronizing the threads in the parallel-processing application. If you use logical partitions, BSR arrays can be assigned to logical partitions.
