Active Partition Processor Sharing Capable

When the value is True, you can set a dedicated processor partition on this managed system so that the dedicated processor partition can donate unused processor resources to shared processor partitions on the same managed system while the dedicated processor partition is running.

This capability applies only to running dedicated processor partitions. You can always set a dedicated processor partition so that shared processor partitions can use the processor resources of the dedicated processor partition when the dedicated processor partition is shut down.
