Select the type of activation code that you want to request for this managed system. The information on this window changes based upon the type of activation code that you select here.

• Select Utility CoD Reporting Code if you want to report Utility CoD usage for this manged system. You are billed for Utility CoD usage based upon the Utility CoD usage information that you report to the CoD administrator. You must report Utility CoD usage periodically if you want to continue using Utility CoD.
• Select Utility CoD Enablement Code if you want to enable Utility CoD on the managed system.
