This field displays the total number of memory days that are available for new On/Off CoD requests. When you enter an On/Off memory enablement code, your managed system is enabled for On/Off CoD for a defined number of memory days. When you request a specified number of memory units for a specified number of days, the system multiplies the number of memory units by the number of days to obtain the requested number of memory days, and then subtracts the requested number of memory days from the available number of memory days. If the requested number of memory days exceeds the available number of memory days, a new On/Off memory enablement code must be obtained and entered to increase the available number of memory days.
For example, if this field displays 192 memory days, and you request two memory units for 30 days, the requested number of memory days is 60 memory days, and this field displays 132 memory days available after the request is accepted.
