Shows the total number of On/Off CoD processors that were activated but have not been reclaimed by the managed system since the On/Off CoD request expired. As long as these processors are assigned to partitions, unreturned processor days are recorded at the beginning of each 24-hour period. You will be charged for these unreturned processor days at the end of the On/Off CoD billing cycle. To make the processors available to be reclaimed by the managed system, you need to remove them from all partitions to which they are assigned. In some cases, you might want to delete the specific partitions to which the processors were assigned.
