Use this window to configure the timers that connection monitoring uses to detect outages and to enable or disable connection monitoring for selected machines. View and, if authorized, change connection monitoring settings by machine.
Connection monitoring generates serviceable events when communication problems are detected between the HMC and managed systems. If you disable connection monitoring, no serviceable events are generated for networking problems between the selected machine and this HMC.
Use the spin arrows to select the number of minutes for an outage, a recovery, and a new incident.
Select one or more machines and click Enable or Disable to enable or disable connection monitoring for the selected machines.
