System Configuration Change

This window displays information about the processor and memory resources on a managed system after the configuration of the managed system was changed. This window displays the date and time at which the managed system configuration was changed. This window also displays the total system processor and memory resources and the processor and memory resource amounts that were available for partition usage after the configuration was changed.

Time
Displays the date and time at which the configuration of the managed system was changed.

The date and time displayed here are the local time on the HMC at the time that the managed system configuration was changed. This is not necessarily the same local time that is used on the managed system. This also does not take into account any changes that you made to the HMC local time since the date and time that are displayed here.

Configurable processing units
Displays the number of processing units that were configurable for logical partitions on the managed system after the system configuration change was made. This number includes processing units that were assigned to logical partitions on the managed system.
Available processing units
Displays the number of processing units that were available for partition usage on the managed system after the system configuration change was made. This number does not include any processing units that were assigned to powered-off logical partitions.
Available 5250 CPW (percent)
Displays the amount of 5250 Commercial Processing Workload (5250 CPW) that was available for partition usage on the managed system after the system configuration change was made. This number is nonzero only if 5250 CPW is configurable on the managed system.
Configurable memory (GB)
Displays the amount of memory (in gigabytes) that was configurable for logical partitions on the managed system after the system configuration change was made. This number includes memory that was assigned to logical partitions on the managed system.
Available system memory (GB)
Displays the amount of memory (in gigabytes) that was available for partition usage on the managed system after the system configuration change was made. This number does not include any memory that was assigned to powered-off partitions.
System firmware memory (GB)
Displays the amount of memory (in gigabytes) that was reserved by the system firmware after the system configuration change was made. This memory was used to manage the logical partitions on the managed system.
