Select the Multi-Core Scaling (MCS) value for the port group. MCS enables traffic from one physical port to be processed in parallel by interrupt handlers running on different processors. This value applies to all physical ports in a port group, so if you change this value for one physical port, all the physical ports in a port group are changed to the new value. You must shut down and restart the managed system before any change to the MCS value takes effect.
Because there is a limited number of hardware registers per port group, the MCS value is determined by the number of logical ports allowed per port group. Valid values are:
