Use the Partition Migration Validation page to validate the settings for moving the partition from the source system to the destination system.
Click View Pool Configuration... to view the validated shared processor pools on the source partition.
Click MSP Pairing... to select the source and destination mover service partitions you plan to use to move the migrating partition from the source system to the destination system. This option is shown for active partition migration only; inactive partition migration does not use mover service partitions.
Click View VLAN Settings... to view matching the virtual LAN configuration on the destination system for partition migration.
When you have finished specifying the information, click Validate to start the validation process. The HMC validates the requirements for partition migration on the source and destination systems. For information about requirements, see Requirements for partition migration.
