The percentage of the total 5250 Commercial Processing Workload (CPW) on the managed system that the logical partition must have to run. If the managed system does not have at least the minimum percentage of its 5250 CPW available when you activate the logical partition that is associated with this partition profile, then the managed system does not activate the logical partition. Also, you cannot dynamically move 5250 CPW so that the logical partition has less than the minimum percentage of the total 5250 CPW. You can commit a lower percentage of the total 5250 CPW to the logical partition only by changing the minimum percentage in the partition profile properties and reactivating the logical partition that is associated with this partition profile.
Any change you make on this page takes effect only after you shut down the logical partition and reactivate the logical partition that is associated with this partition profile.
