When the value is True, the hardware on the managed system allows you to enable the power saver mode on this managed system. Power saver mode reduces the power consumption of the processors on the managed system, but might adversely affect the accuracy of any performance monitoring tools that are running on the managed system. If this value is false, the managed system does not use processors that support the power saver mode.
