Use this window to save your billing or CoD code information to a file, either on a remote system or on a removable media device that is available for use on your PC (for example, the diskette drive, a flash memory device that is connected to the USB port on the HMC, or an external diskette drive that is connected to the HMC with a USB cable).
You will need to save billing information if your On/Off CoD contract specifies that you have the option to report the required information manually (by fax or e-mail). If you choose to manually report the information, use this window to save the billing information to a file on a remote system or a file on removable media. Then you can either attach the file to an e-mail or print it and fax it to your CoD administrator.
You will need to save CoD code information if the CoD code that was provided by your CoD administrator does not work for your managed system. The information that is used to generate the CoD code must exactly match the information shown on the HMC CoD Code Information window. To update the information that is used to generate your CoD codes, use this window to save the CoD code information to a file on a remote system or a file on removable media. Then you can either attach the file to an e-mail or print it and fax it to your CoD administrator.
