When the number of unreported Utility CoD processor minutes reaches this limit, the managed system will remove all Utility CoD processors from the default shared processor pool and disable Utility CoD.
Entering a Capacity Upgrade on Demand processor activation code can cause the managed system to reduce the Utility CoD reporting limit.
